Introduction: Asthmarin is an excellent herbal combination effective in respiratory disorders, especially in asthma and bronchitis. It is also effective in cold, cough, sore throat and harshness of voice.

Action : Tinospora cordifolia is antiallergic, depressant to central nervous system, anti-inflammatory. Solanum xanthocarpum is anti-asthmatic & anti- anaphylactic. Vasicine and Bromhexine hydrochloride are other compounds of Adhatoda vassica which are mucolytic and expectorant. Curcuma longa and Albizia lebbeck are anti- histaminic and thus useful for broncho-constriction.  Euphorbia hirta is anti-asthmatic, expectorant and spasmolytic.

Indication : Asthma, Bronchitis, dry and unproductive cough, sore throat and upper respiratory disorders.

Adverse effect : None.

Doses & administration : Adult: 2 tablets three times a day or as directed by the physician.  Children: 1 tablet three times a day or as directed by the physician.  To be taken orally on an empty stomach.
