Introduction:
Atisarin
is a judicious combination of medicinal herbs useful
in controlling diarrhoea, dysentery and abdominal
discomforts.
Action :
Aegle
marmelos is antidiarrhoeal, astringent, digestive
and anathelmatic. Cyperus rotundus is also antidiarrhoeal.
Shorea robusta and gum of Bombax malabaricum are astringent
and contain tannin. Anethum graveolens is antibacterial
and Holarrhena antidysenterica shows amoebicidal activity.
Indication
:
Diarrhoea,
dysentery, indigestion and abdominal discomfort.
Adverse
effect : None.
Doses
& administration : Adult:-
2 tablets three times a day. Children-1 tablet
three times a day. To be taken orally after meal.
Presentation : Bottle
of 60 tablets.
